In the field of vacuum forming technology, our R&D team announced the successful development of nano-sized vinyl fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) molds, which have been certified by TÜV SÜD, Germany, to achieve 50,000 cycles under 180°C continuous high temperature environment. TÜV Süd certified that the mold has achieved a cavity accuracy of ±0.08mm after 50,000 vacuum cycles under 180°C continuous high temperature environment. This breakthrough completely rewrites the industry standard of mold life under high temperature environment, bringing revolutionary production solutions for yacht manufacturing, high-end sanitary ware and other fields.
